We had breakfast for dinner tonight:
scrambled eggs (made with whole eggs and skim milk), 6 PPV
bacon, 4 PPV
English muffin with butter and jelly, 6 PPV
I have 4 points left for the day and my 49 for the week. I changed my WI day to Tuesday and so start with 49 again today. I didn't use any of my 49 last week. It wasn't for lack of trying though. I'm eating a page full of food every day but it's healthier food, Power Foods, which are lower in PPV's. Part of it too is the pain I've been in because of my knee. I'm just not as hungry when I'm hurting. I'll be home all day tomorrow so I'll probably eat a bit more since the pain will be reduced by less activity and using the pain patch and I'll have time for all my meals and snacks.
I'm very congested tonight. I don't know if it's because of the storm coming in (it's getting very windy) or if I'm getting a cold. I started on Zicam just in case it's a cold trying to come on.
I want to thank everyone who has been so encouraging and supportive today (re: 5.4 lbs. lost this past week). I really appreciate folks noticing that I'm making changes and putting in the effort. Having a cheering section means a lot to me and motivates me to keep up the work I've been putting in. It means a lot to me to have people who understand what I'm going through applaud my efforts. So thank you all for the pats on the back.
