I Sleep Better When I Actually Go To Bed, Duh!

I figured out last night that actually going to bed, instead of sitting in my chair in the living room, promotes good sleep. lol Not only did I sleep in my own bed but I wore my new CPAP with the humidifier on. My CPAP automatically changes pressure during the night depending on what I need at the time. No more feeling like I was suffocating like I did when I was wearing the old CPAP. I slept until 1am, when I had to get up to go to the bathroom, and was able to go back to bed until 5am when Bayou got me up. It's the best night's sleep I've had in quite a while. I may lie down later with my CPAP on to take a nap. Bayou is up on the couch sleeping and I of course am blogging.

The snow started around midnight last night and it's cold and blustery outside. Because of the wind the snow is drifting. Thankfully we don't have that much so the drifts aren't very big. We'll see how things go as the morning goes by. It's supposed to be a quick storm so I'm hoping that by late afternoon it will have stopped. No appointments at all today so Bayou (who won't be going to daycare) and I will just hang around the house all day. I plan on working on my NaNoWriMo novel as much as I can today. I want to have a minimum of 3400 words by the end of the day. I'm at about 975 right now. I think it's going well so far.

Breakfast was 1/2 a cup of Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal with a 1/2 a cup of skim milk and a large banana sliced up into the cereal. It was tasty. I didn't think I would like eating a healthier cereal but I'm just grateful to get my cereal in for the day. It was only 3 points total so I'll have to add something else to it in a bit. I think I'll have a hard boiled egg (2 PPV) and 3 crisp strips of bacon (4 PPV). That will give me 10 PPV's for my morning meal.

I'm still feeling a bit tired so I might just go lie down now and get back to writing after that. I hope everyone has an OP day. Keep tracking. It's the way to the road to success.
