Got my knee injection today

I was dreading it, I really was. I thought for sure it was going to hurt so bad that I would cry. I spent way too much time thinking about it and getting all anxious. Turned out to be easy peasy. It hurt just a bit but quite tolerable. The stuff they inject into my knee is made from rooster combs. Seriously. It is. So, if I wake up at dawn crowing, I know it's worked. LOL Actually it takes about a month to figure out if it's worked or not so I follow up with the doctor December 19th, Christmas week!! When I got home I went to take the bandaid off and realized it was a bright blue crayola crayon bandaid. LOL


I'm hoping that I feel relief sooner than a month but the statistics say that most people get relief in that amount of time. I'm hoping to be on the faster side of the curve. Thank you all for your support and encouragement during this situation with my knee. It's been nice to have so many people care about what's going on.
