Busy Day (Part 2)

So, I've dropped Bayou off at daycare, gone to a great WW meeting and seen the PA. I stopped at the Walgreen's and dropped off my prescriptions. They said that they wouldn't be ready until after 3:15pm and I dropped them off at about 1:45pm so I decided to stop by Target and pick up the few things I had on my list. My knee hadn't been hurting too bad at that point but the walking around the store really bothered it. I was going to pick up Bayou after shopping but decided to go home and put the groceries away first. So I did that. Thankfully I didn't have much to bring in because my knee was killing me by then. After I put the groceries away I went to the gas station and filled up the car just in case I need to use it tomorrow (bad weather expected). Then I picked up Bayou. Debbie walked Bayou out for me since she knew that my knee was sore and she didn't want Bayou pulling me. Again, great customer service and a very kind deed.

On the way home I stopped and picked up the prescriptions at the drive through since my knee was hurting and I had Bayou in the car. She just snoozed while we waited. When I got home I realized I hadn't eaten lunch today so I made a snack of RF wheat thins, cheese, grapes and pecans (11 PPV's total). That quelled my hunger for a while.

I still don't know what I'm going to do for dinner since my knee is hurting so much. David said he would help me take care of dinner when he gets up from his nap. I'm glad for the help. I did get some AP's in today by doing that grocery run and doing some laundry. It's not much but I think it's helping since I still can't work out.

I still have a few things to do tonight one of which is start my novel for NaNoWriMo. I have to get in 1667 words/day! Yikes! I hope I can do that tonight. I also have to empty the dryer. I'll just fill up David's basket with underwear, socks and undershirts. Anything that needs to be hung up will wait until tomorrow. I start wearing the pain patch in the morning so that should help with getting the laundry done then.

That's my weight tracker book in the pic. You can see my 5+ star and my Bravo sticker. I'm very proud of them and the effort I have put in to get them.

Tell me how your day went today. I love hearing how everyone is doing on their journey. Remember each day will be different for everyone. Even if you didn't have a great day I'd still like to hear about it. Think about the things that have made your week feel good or successful and let me know. More later.
