Changes I've Noticed




Here are just a few of the changes I've noticed over the past 6 weeks:

* I have more energy
* I'm able to just pop out of bed in the morning
* I feel refreshed when I wake up
* Food tastes better
* Naturally sweet foods taste even sweeter
* I can tell now when I've reached being satisfied with enough food
* I don't overeat
* I'm not craving junk food or fast food on a daily basis
* I'm feeling less emotional about food
* I'm dealing with my feelings straight on instead of eating to get rid of them
* I'm averaging a 2.8 lb loss each week
* Processed food don't taste very good
* My clothes are a little looser

It's amazing what has happened in just 6 weeks. I just had to get off of the road I was of and go in a different direction. I'm thrilled at the changes I've had and look forward to all the changes that are to come.
