* Meet as many of the GHG's as I can
* Stay on plan
* Track everything that goes into my mouth
* Blog every day to keep myself accountable
* Attend at least 2 WW meetings a week
* Make at least one healthy change in my diet
* Get in as many AP's as I can
* Reduce stress and boredom to reduce stress and boredom eating
* Rehab my knee so I can start hiking again
