Dinner is cooking

I have teriyaki chicken in the oven along with some corn on the cob. I'll get the brown rice started when the chicken is done. It's instant rice and only takes about 15 minutes or so to prepare. It's going to be a good dinner. I'll still have 11 points left even after dinner. I was going to make those pumpkin oat bars but I have a pain in my right side that is really bothering me. If it goes away I may try to make them. If it doesn't go away I'll just take it easy. It doesn't seem like a muscle kind of pain. Not sure what it is or why I have it. It just started a little while ago. Weird.

The weather today is much nicer than they predicted it would be. It's sunny out right now. I think I'll see if David wants to go to the movies tomorrow and see the movie "Chimpanzee". I've been wanting to see it and luckily it's still playing. There are also a couple of movies on pay per view that I'd like to see ("The Vow" is one of them). It would be nice to get out of the house tomorrow. It might be busy though because it's Mother's Day tomorrow. The movie has been out a couple of weeks though so we should be okay. The hardest thing will be snacks. I'll want a soda and some popcorn. I think if I get it without butter I'll be okay. I still have my 49 weekly points so I could use up some of those if I have to. I'll check it out on the food tracker before I decide to get snacks or not. The movie is only an hour and eighteen minutes so it's not like I'll be starving if I eat something before the movie. I'll research it and make my decision based on what I find out. Hmm. It would be less than  20 points for a soda and some popcorn. That's not too bad. As long as I plan for it I will feel okay about it. I can plan a low point dinner for tomorrow night (maybe breakfast for dinner). I hate to say it but knowing I can have some snacks makes me really look forward to going to the movies. I guess that's not a good attitude but it is what it is.

Dinner is almost ready so I better go and get the rice cooking. More later.
