Dealing with hunger


We ended up going out to gas up the car. We got out of the house and did something instead of sitting around thinking about food. It did help. For a while. I made us a big salad for dinner. So that's a plus. After that though I had 4 mini chocolates and some chips. Still on plan. Still tracking but eating because of cravings instead of because I'm hungry. I do feel full now and don't think I'll have anything else except maybe a piece of fruit. So even though I don't feel great about choosing the candy and chips I'm still tracking everything, staying under my daily points and not continuing to eat. I really have to make sure I see some positive in everything I'm doing.

There is a 9am WW meeting in the morning and I'm definitely going to it. I need the support and encouragement. New topic tomorrow too so it will be fun. I'll post more later but just wanted to get that said so I'm staying accountable.
