Okay, here's my idea for a schedule:
Sunday - day off
Monday - 7am Hiking @ Palmer Park (after I drop off Bayou), 12pm Silver Sneakers class @ Y
Tuesday - 8am Cardio workout (recumbent bike) @ Y
Wednesday - 7am AOA Low Impact class @ Y
Thursday - 11am Treadmill class @ Y
Friday - 7am Hiking @ Palmer Park (after I drop off Bayou)
Saturday - 9am Cardio workout (recumbent bike) @ Y
I think that's doable. I can try it and see how it goes. If it's too much I can always back off. Times are quite flexible except for the classes. Otherwise I can go when it's convenient for me. I've got to have a schedule though to keep me accountable. I'm sure if I work out and keep to my point values every day I'll easily drop the 1-2 pounds per week on Weight Watchers. I think I have a pretty good schedule, not too hard to follow, not too much to do. I actually think the classes will be the most difficult because they will be for 55 minutes but I can tell from talking to Karen today that I can modify the classes to fit my fitness level. All I can do is try and do the best I can.
I'm already excited to weigh in next week and it's only Thursday. LOL I weighed myself at home yesterday before I went to WW and our scale is actually about 2 pounds more than the WW scale. I'll be going by WW's scale but David will be going by our scale. It's good to know it's not too far off though. I'm not going to just focus on the weight though. I want to focus primarily on how I feel and how my clothes fit. Right now I'm not feeling much difference except in my knees. They aren't hurting as much as they were just since I lost the 8.6 pounds. I know they'll feel better as I go along. Everything will feel better.
For dinner tonight we're having pork chops and salad. I need to work on a meal plan so we have a bit more variety in what we are eating. I'll maybe work on that tonight. Time to go pick up Bayou. I'll probably post more later.
