Some days it seems like having 43 points a day is so much. I have 7 points left today so I'll probably have a snack plate again (grapes, cheese, crackers) later this evening. I just had chips and a PB&J so I'm satisfied for now. David just left so I have to keep myself busy. I still have laundry and dishes to finish up and there's always my art room to organize. I keep just dumping stuff in there and now it's a mess. It wouldn't take too long to straighten it out so I might do that tonight. NASCAR is on, so is baseball and Criminal Minds. Plenty of TV to watch (which also means plenty of food commercials!).
I think my knee is a little swollen. It's hard to tell because my legs are so big to begin with but it feels a bit swollen. So, I think I'll take tomorrow off unless it feels better in the morning. If it feels better then I'll go to the Y after my morning WW meeting. It's at 9am and is about 30 minutes long so I'd have plenty of time to go to the Y. Around 12:30pm I want to go over to Aspen Meadows Pet Resort where Bayou goes to daycare. They are celebrating their 1st anniversary and we get to pain a picture of Bayou on their wall in the daycare. I just realized that they may have snacks so I'll have to plan for that. I still have all 49 weekly allowance points so I'm not worried about that too much. I can put off lunch until after we go too to see if I do eat anything there. Glad I thought about that.
All of a sudden I'm craving chocolate and junk food. Funny how that just pops up out of the blue. I'll wait a while for a snack though. I don't need to eat right now.
When I stood up to let Bayou out of her kennel I felt a twinge in my groin. I'm definitely going to take the day off tomorrow and resume normal workout activities on Monday. I don't want to get hurt so bad that I can't work out. I think I could lose weight just following the WW program but I think that working out will definitely help that along more. I'm not scheduled to do the bike again until Tuesday. If my leg is not better by then, I'll do the treadmill maybe instead. I'll have to be careful in the Silver Sneakers class on Monday.
Man, I'm getting kind of bummed out about my right leg. I hope I didn't over do already. Wah!
