I made dinner. I cooked some chicken strips with salt, pepper and green onions and boiled some corn on the cob. It was good. It was a lot easier to cook than I thought it would be. We ate very late today. I don't like eating dinner so late. I still need to work on a menu for dinners. I'll probably do that tomorrow morning after I go for my walk. I know for breakfast I'll be having a smoothie and I may have a Boost for lunch (just to make it an easy day for me). I get so overwhelmed by food. I need to make things as easy for myself as I can. The less I have to think the better off I'll be.
